We are looking for a creative candidate who is a problem solver, can work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. One must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:-
Team Handling experience - We expect the hired person to handle the team and ensure that everyone in the team is delivering the projects.
Client handling exposure.
Regular client calls will be the part of work.
Handle individual projects and clients accordingly.
Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.
Manage a team of junior UI designers, providing training and support as and when necessary.
Self-ownership for management of work.
Weekly status and monthly status reporting to Project Manager.
Skills:-
3-5 years of experience with PHP/MySQL/LARAVEL.
Deep understanding of the basic web languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.MySQL and LAMP experience are must-have.
Excellent knowledge of Codeigniter framework and experience building factories/facades/libraries.
Good working knowledge in design and query optimization of databases.
Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document, and deploy changes to the system
Experience in JS programming like Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, Jquery, Json is a plus
Optimize performance by performing UI and back-end tests.
