Manager/Assistant Manager- Sales And Marketing (Pre Engineered Buildings)
Job Location:Chandigarh/Chennai/Ahemdabad/Dehli NCR/Kolkotta
Responsibilities
● Candidate will be responsible for sales of Pre Engineered Buildings(PEB)/Polyurethane Foam(PUF) Panel buildings Pan india.
● Past Experience in the PEB/PUF Panel industry.
● Should be technically sound to have meetings with Architects/Consultants and Clients.
● Should Belong to the industry having a strong network with various clients .
● Exploring new markets and business from existing customers all over india.
● Maintained, developed and increased customer base and followed up with customers for their New upcoming projects.
● Handling sales of product & services to prospective customers, keeping the view of the defined targets.
● Tracking Market/ competitor trends to keep abreast of the changing clients requirement/expectations.
● Maintains a database of customers and update it regularly.
● Prepare a Techno - commercial offer for submitting to customers.
● Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs/orders.
● Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals.
● Customer relations management and customer services.
● To handle customers specification, correspondences and technical Drawing from enquiry to closer stage, Reply on technical complaint up to the satisfactory level of customers.
● To plan, execute , customer order as per agreed delivery schedule by following up the coordination with production, Purchase ,Dispatch and engineering departments.
Qualifications
● Should have 3- 5 years sales experience preferably in PEB companies/PUF Panel buildings industry
● B.Tech./B.E. in Mechanical/Civil and MBA Sales & Marketing
●Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical Engineering And architecture. Able to read structural drawing & understand them
● Computer skills i.e. Excel & Powerpoint presentation
● Self-Starter, Good communication skills,People management, Negotiation Skills
● Leadership skills and go-getter attitude.
Salary: Salary will not be constraint for suitable Candidate
