1. ESG Associate (2 - 4 years of relevant experience)
2. HSE Associate (Relevant experience is preferred, freshers can apply)
3. R&D Intern (Freshers can Apply)

Mandatory Qualification - Post Graduate degree or a Ph.D. in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability Management, or equivalent

Competencies & Skills -
- Personal qualities of integrity, good communication, and a passion for sustainability
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization
- Personal skills: self-motivated to work independently whilst contributing to team objectives
- Passion: interest and a hunger to address sustainability challenges and drive positive societal change
- IT skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to a high level is essential; knowledge of more advanced applications and programming languages beneficial
- Professional skills: ability to effectively research and report on technical ESG/HSE topics; quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting; knowledge of sustainability issues and challenges connected with the community of practitioners in the field of sustainability and ESG.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, other languages will be a plus
- Can work independently but are personable, a good listener, and connect easily with others, making you a great team player

Segregation of waste at the source by using the biodegradable waste for composting at individual homes or on a community level will help prevent the formation of landfills that release methane, a potent greenhouse gas, into the atmosphere. Also, it helps create brown gold ie manure that can help improve the fertility of soils while completing a full circle of regeneration.
