FRAUD ALERT ⚠️⚠️⚠️❗❗❗
In these difficult times of Pandemic, all small businesses and Restaurants are trying very hard to Survive.... We estimated Saranga Resto on 2nd October 2020 and We would like to appreciate all of our loving customers for their loving and encouraging messages, helping us to survive in these difficult times.
We also get some complaints and suggestions which we welcome as it helps us to Improve.

But then we have received messages like these below from some Fraudulent people which are really unfair for any Restaurant who put in a lot of effort and are impacted with the pandemic situation.

Social media is a Powerful platform that allows us to make our point, we urge you to report this person "nikitashetye" on Instagram.
We came to know that she is a fraud as she tried to con us twice... And who knows if she has already tried this on some other restaurants....

She messaged us on 2nd of June 2021 saying that she had ordered food from us in which she found hair and hence we promised her free food... When we asked for sepcifics regarding date she replied saying she ordered before March 2020, when our restaurant wasn't even established.
And again today she messaged us complaining about her order which she placed through Swiggy yesterday... When we had NOT Received any such order yesterday, when we mentioned that she is again messaging the wrong restaurant, she mostly Googled our restaurant address and said that she had visited our restaurant and her experience was very unpleasant... When we again asked her about the date when she visited, she said that it was in December 2019 when our restaurant wasn't established...
Hence this time we decided to publish this with everyone.
Lets make her famous by sharing this... So some other restaurant won't fall for this Scam.
