Job Description :

Achieving Sales and Relationship Targets

Should have good communication skills to deal with HNIs and other potential investors/customers, so that sales happen quick.

Lead Generation/Business Development :
Building databases/ Market Intelligence

File timely Reports

Handling Customers query and pitching them properties and taking them for site visit.

Assisting them in Deal Closures and documentation.

Should be computer literate [MS Office]

Should have knowledge of Residential Real Estate Markets

Understanding of process:

I.Documentation (Registration, Stamp Duty, etc).
II.Negotiation Skills.
III.Client Handling.
IV.Customer Relations.

Act as intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Coordinate Appointments to show properties to prospective Buyers.

Generate list of properties that are compatible with buyers range.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, loans, legal requirements and related matter.
