General Purpose

Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives. Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

ascertain recruitment requirements by evaluating organizational development plans
confer with management to identify recruiting needs
develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
assess assigned positions to develop job descriptions and job candidate profiles
review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required
align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives
source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs, online platforms
maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
organize and execute college recruitment programs
pre-screen job candidates
review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
inform candidates fully about the job and company
brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
verify references
conduct background checks
facilitate pre-employment testing
manage all communication with candidates
provide regular updates and feedback to managers
manage applicant tracking system
maintain accurate and current applicant data base
extend offers of employment within company procedures
manage the job offer including negotiation and administration

Role and Responsibilities

Working with NewsVoir as Tele-sales Manager will give you a great deal of exposure to the latest happenings in the PR and social-digital space.

The job responsibility entails:
-- Identify business opportunities and prospects, corporates and PR agencies.
-- Reach out to prospects through phone and email and get them to use NewsVoir for distributing their corporate press releases. This entails educating them on the benefits of using a platform like NewsVoir.
-- The above process will require building a steady pipeline of sales leads and prospects. Develop a plan of action in conjunction with the Director/Manager.
-- Meet monthly sales targets.
-- Develop a strong relationship and rapport with the client and service all business needs effectively.
Induction and training will be provided for all of above areas.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors or PG Degree. 1-5 years of B2B sales experience. The desirable candidate should have a positive attitude towards life and work, should be a go-getter and be ready to work under pressure.
S/he should have an interest in digital space and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
