We are proud to share that Mr. Nihaar B Thackeray has been appointed Honorary Chairman (Maharashtra) of the SME LEGAL COUNCIL, an initiative supported by the SME Chamber of India and recognized by the MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (MIDA).

Mr. Thackeray’s extensive experience in insolvency, corporate restructuring, and international arbitration will significantly contribute to providing strategic legal support for Maharashtra’s industrial and manufacturing enterprises.

Through this collaboration, the SME LEGAL COUNCIL aims to:
