An annual tradition at Heather Grey.

Every year, in partnership with the Maldives Housekeepers Association, the next generation of housekeepers comes to Mumbai to train and upskill for their roles ahead.

This time, we turned it into a dinner.
Good food, better company, and a lot of quiet excitement about what's next.

Our concept for a Mediterranean beach restaurant at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol — golden marigold, hibiscus motifs, heritage craft, ocean air.
