Some of the best business advice I have heard didn’t come from a business coach - it came from a room of homemakers.

Third year with Self-Care 360 at Ananda — a community started by Sudatta Sudatta Bagchi — and this week’s session sat with a change none of them chose.

By the end, they weren’t just talking about how to cope but they built a plan. And most of it sounded like something out of my BrandYOU sessions — keep something ongoing, always - share it with others before it’s finished - step out of your comfort zone, especially when it’s easier not to.

I think that’s the real difference between staying stuck and moving — whether you are holding a home together, or building a business out of one - you keep something in progress, always.
