What kind of calories are you consuming?😟

We all have heard we need to be aware of how many calories we are consuming and stay in a calorie deficit to successfully lose weight.😌

But that doesn't mean you can blindly consume high- calorie unhealthy foods and stop eating when you are done with your day's calorie requirement.

There is more to food than just calories.

There are proteins, nutrients, good fats, carbs, etc that you get from food which is essential for the healthy functioning of the body.

But when you load up on bad calories coming from overly processed and unhealthy foods you are not getting any nutritional value.

That doesn't mean you need to completely quit on Pizza. There should be a healthy balance while staying in a calorie deficit which will help you lose weight in a sustainable manner.

No

On the other hand, you don't have to completely give up on food that you love, just because everyone has a pre conceived notion that maida is bad and not healthy etc

Have what you enjoy, of course within your macros and remember no food is good or bad. Excess of anything is bad!⬇️
