Hypothesis :
Many a times during final stage of recruitment process, companies end up selecting candidates of same skill level, whom they have rejected during initial phase of the process.
---OR---
A candidate with similar level of skill sets to that candidate who has been selected finally for a job role, has higher chances of getting rejected during initial phase of recruitment process.

Description:
When recruitment process starts most of the focus remains on hard-skill criterion to short-list candidates. Recruitment managers/interviewers keep high benchmark for skills of candidates to be selected during initial phase. As the process continues and pressure to finalize a candidate for given job role increases, then recruitment managers/interviewers lower the benchmark to select a candidate, consciously or sub-consciously.

Lord Ganesha is the chosen one - the Leader of Gods.

There are 2 main stories of 'Ganesha'. We'll tell you our learning from those stories one by one.

Story 1: When Gods were arguing about who should lead the group, Brahma ji (The one who defined knowledge) suggested to conduct the race to go around Earth and Sky 7 times and the winner will be the chosen one. Race began, 'Ganesha' came up with the idea to go around 7 times his parents and then was announced winner.

Story is told with morale of respecting our parents and establishing their position even above the earth and the sky.

But there is more to this story - Ganesh was not chosen to lead because of his emotions towards his parents - but due to competencies that He reflected, which we present to you in images .

He didn't just win the race; He earned His place to be Leader of all Gods by highlighting his soft-skills.

He deserves to lead all Gods.
