Ka Gyan # has some memories to be shared by our one of the main people in the firm - Tamanna Pandey
Meeting started with the presentation of Branch Audit of ICICI presented by CA Akshatha Poojary
IAD of ICICI wants to identify the triggers of PAN INDIA branches on which they are making deviation.
There was good discussion going on with lots many suggestion and questions.
This presentation was also witness by Ex - ICICI person Mulchand sir.
He even suggested many things which can be incorporated in presentation to make more effective in front of Top management panel.
Akshatha had made wonderful professional presentation.
After presentation, we discussed the importance of time and energy level associated with it.
The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results.
To make our QC to feel energy and produce qualitative, we went to GOA for Exclusively Just for QC Meeting.
Seems many assets of our firm were unaware of this privilege received by only QC.
As many of the QC member not posted their experience on social media with the excuse that they will post later.
But the question was,
Can we post the experience with the same level of excitement which we felt on tour of GOA?
Answer is No, as the day passes, the energy level of anything decreases.
So we should do things with actual energy level and effectively use time.
As later power of excitement or vibes lost.
Also, we need to create energy among our team members.
As Coaches are aware of how to ignite passion and motivate people. They have an energy that is contagious and know exactly how to get their team excited.
Positive thinking is more than just a tagline. It changes the way we behave. And I firmly Believe that when I am positive, it not only makes me better, but it also makes those around me better.
We must use time wisely and forever realize that the time is always ripe to do right
HRMS software taken for the benefit of the employees but many are not utilising or not taking in a serious manner.
All QC need to ensure that their team member use software for marking attendance and if fail to do so then salary would not be processed for that day.
Because in Sept, salary will be released on basis of HRMS detail.
Whoever has not punched in OR out time that day he will be considered absent
Then Sujit sir told us about Sashakt project which deals with bad loan (money will never come) / stressed loan (probable NPA)
(((Bad loans of up to โน 50 crore will be managed at the bank level, with a deadline of 90 days.
For bad loans of โน 50-500 crore, banks will enter an inter-creditor agreement, authorizing the lead bank to implement a resolution plan in 180 days, or refer the asset to NCLT. For loans above โน 500 crore, the panel recommended an independent AMC, supported by institutional funding through the AIF. The idea is to help consolidate stressed assets.)))
Then we discussed current market situation.
Our honorable PM Narendra modi wants us to invest in business instead of investing in gold and real estate which hold the liquidity.
Is India getting feel of recession?
Now Automobile industry,
Now Capacity is not getting utilised compare before there was huge demand.
So many rules introduced and increase in penalty with regards road rules
This will increase the use of public transport and will decrease the use of private vehicles.
India suffering from high imports and crude oil. less usage of such items can benefit country and
With the issue such as parking ,fuel & etc an individual avoid private vehicles and chose public transport Or ola /uber as per standard of living.
But with heavy penalty, the number of accidents will decrease.
Modi has taken initiative and made amendment various law such as GST, Demonitistauone to avoid corruption.
Infrastructure is getting well equipped.
Two things which helps in business is either Fear ๐ฑ or greed ๐
ASBS will always run good as if recession comes or real estate comes down then might be PD project won't come but many new project will emerge in terms of compliance, since we have diversified work.
In 2008, whole world was suffering with recession except India.
India survive due to Black economy
We need to respect Rich people. It's them who showcase the standard and provide employment.
Providing employment is considered as goodness.
As in India, employment is biggest problem.
Not all rich people were rich since childhood.
They all worked hard to achieve that position.
So think always multi dimensional. Anything done by one person always have double effect on others too.
I would like to share one of the example of Mr. TATA generosity
There is no industrialist other than TATA who have that will power to donate this much of profit to charity. Modesty is nature of Ratan TATA otherwise there is no one who could compete with Mr. TATA.
Also sir told us about various unique rituals of Muslim community in that one was Triple Talak.
Triple Talak has saved many women life.
Gave new life to live without fear and with freedom to raise voice.
FREEDOM is something, one individual enjoy and thrive to achieve.
Each person love freedom upon anything.
Freedom is door to Happiness.
PM modi is actually a inspiring leader
Due to him, India has been respected by other nation. The way he gets welcome and appreciated in other country, no other PM enjoyed this privilege.
Now in Australia situation are better, ppl respect Indian before they used to betray.
His main intention is to make India grow n powerful country without any personal intention.
His own family are still working, they are not enjoying powerful status of PM, which shows simplicity.
Reservation should be discarded as who is deserve should get any any sort of privilege.
People who can afford should not enjoy subsidy so that poor people can be benefitted.
Then recent article 370,
Modi release the dream of Indian seen from many years.
He played unchallenged master stroke by scraping article 370
Modiโs political style is to catch political opponents napping so that they neither have the time to respond nor are in a position to launch a quick counter-attack. Like the de-monetisation decision, the scrapping of Article 370 and 35 A of the Constitution.
Without any war, he dropped mental๐ฃ on pakistan๐คญ
