Lead Audit Teams Includes
- Establishing, planning and tasking the activities of an audit team
- Organising and directing audit team members
- Preventing and resolving conflicts with the auditee and /or within the audit team, and preparing and completing audit reports. Terms & Conditions
• A candidate who successfully obtains the necessary levels of competency in any of
Management System Standards Auditing Techniques, or Leading Audit Teams will be
awarded a CPG ‘Certificate of Attainment’ for each individual module.
• If the candidate/s complete any of the Management System Standards (except IT) and
Management System Standards (AU), they will be qualified to register with Exemplar
Global as a ‘Provisional Auditor’.
• In order to becoming an auditor qualified to lead audit teams for conducting external
audits, participants will also need to successfully complete Leading Audit Teams.
• Graduates seeking a certification grade for ‘Provisional’ and beyond must apply directly to Exemplar Global, and demonstrate the additional skills, personal attributes, qualifications and competencies required for the grade they seek. • Enables managers to plan the time that staff will be away under training.
• Enables companies to consolidate and demonstrate the training information and skills received to the desired level of competency required.
• Each candidate attending will be required to demonstrate competence required by the Industry based competencies units.
• No one fails. Candidates will be assessed as either “Competent” or “Not-Yet-Competent”. If the candidate does not achieve the desired level of competency, they will be advised of the area(s) where competency is yet to be achieved and will be given the opportunity to achieve the desired competency.
• These modules could be conducted in the one week or could be separated by a period of time.
• Recognition of Prior learning and competencies obtained through other training establishments.
• Qualifying as Auditor/Lead Auditor for an additional management system is quick for Exemplar Global competencies. Candidates need to attend and gain knowledge competency for Management System Standards only for the additional standard.
• Successful candidates receive a certificate with the CPG logo and the Exemplar Global logo which is recognized by number of international bodies.
