In Memoriam | Mr. Rajesh Srivastava

It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely demise of Mr. Rajesh Srivastava, Chief Human Resources Officer, Ion Exchange (India) Ltd. Our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones and our thoughts and prayers are with them during this extremely difficult time.

Mr. Srivastava played an important role in advancing Ion Exchange’s HR function and driving several key people-centric initiatives. These included fostering the One ION culture, implementing Arohan, our SAP SuccessFactors-based HRMS platform, establishing the Ion Exchange Academy, advancing employee education through the BITS-ION initiative and the upcoming ION-NMIMS MBA programme, launching Ripple, our employee ideation platform and strengthening the compensation, benefits and rewards frameworks.

He will be remembered for his leadership, professionalism, warmth and commitment to our people and the organisation. Mr. Srivastava’s contributions to strengthening our HR function and fostering a progressive, people-centric and future-ready workplace will remain an important part of our journey.

The entire Ion Exchange family joins in honouring his memory and recognising the valuable impact he made to the organization.

At the 12th CII Water Innovation Summit 2026, Ion Exchange brought together three perspectives on how innovation can translate into practical, scalable solutions for a water-secure future.
