Comprises of Basement, Ground floor and Upper 9 floors in phase I and upto 14th floor in phase II

Major construction is done in Post Tensioning ( P T)

Has car lift and car parking till 8th floor

Façade is in structural glazing , ACP and aluminium louvers

Status - Part Occupation Certificate upto 9th floor received. Interior finishing work / fitout in progress

Expected date of completion - Our scope is completed
