Experience: 7-10 yrs

Experience in Automation Frameworks
QA leads should be detail oriented and organized, able to track multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
Job Description:
Supervise other QA team members.
Review Automation Code and Test Scripts
Decide the test budget and schedule.
Sharing updates on testing with the project manager.
Planning the entire testing process and reviewing various reports prepared by Test engineers.
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Maintain written records of defects and bugs that are discovered during testing.
Assign tasks to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work on the project.
Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly) to the Client.
Keep track of the new requirements/change in requirements of the Project.
