Still making office visits for PF-related work? Now you don’t have to!

EPFO has upgraded its member portal, bringing key PF services online and making the withdrawal process simpler for eligible members.

Here’s what you can access digitally:
🔹 UAN: Activate, retrieve or get a new UAN through Direct UAN Allotment
🔹 PF Claims: File your PF withdrawal claims online
🔹 PF Passbook: Check your PF balance and transaction details
🔹 e-Nomination: Add or update your nominee
🔹 KYC: Manage Aadhaar, PAN and bank details
🔹 PF Transfer: Transfer your PF when you change jobs
🔹 Death Claims: Submit eligible claims online
🔹 Faster Processing: Eligible claims can be processed more quickly through the upgraded system

For eligible online claims, having an active UAN, Aadhaar linked to UAN, and a verified bank account with IFSC is important.

With the CITES 2.01 upgrade, eligible claims can benefit from auto-validation, centralised payments, online query resolution, and faster processing.
