He is a Technology Consultant and a CEO of a leading Technology Services Company TechGyan ( www.techgyan.com ) and is well known for his Project Management Skills. He also runs a Technology Portal at www.msexchangeindia.com . It was around 2003 that he floated the idea of Redevelopment in his Society . It took him 2 years to convince most of the members of the benefits of Society Redevelopment . H
e was then instrumental in setting up a due , transparent process by which the Developer was selected. Subsequently he was a single point of contact for members, Developer, Architect , Legal Advisors. Due to his efforts , the Redevelopment project was successfully executed. It was the first such project in the Santacruz west . Subsequently he has been invited by various Societies in the vicinity to guide them . During his interactions with other Societies , he realized that most of the Society Redevelopment Projects were stuck since many years . A major reason was lack of proper processes which are needed to ensure that Society Redevelopment is a success . The various players in a Society Redevelopment Project are :

Having experienced the benefits of Society Redevelopment firsthand including the qualitative difference it can make to the lives of the members, Suresh decided to help the Societies achieve their objective by offering his experience and Project Management Skills . And thus was born TDR Mumbai .
