Why do I feel that Business Founder want to express themselves but are unable to?
Yesterday’s meeting reminded me of something important I’ve learned over the last few years as coach, That the real change don’t always happen in boardrooms or fancy strategy slides. They happen in the quiet moments.
In that unplanned pause when the conversation takes a personal turn. When a laugh over a story builds more trust than any proposal ever could.
We often imagine client meetings as all serious and showing our expertise stuff.
But honestly? The solution comes from rapport that gets built.
Because more often than not, it’s not really a business issue it’s something the founder is going through mentally and physically, something that they want to take off from their chest, something they can say without being judged.
And here’s the thing most clients don’t always know how to say what they’re feeling. They need a connection who is ready to listen.
If you’re in business, here’s a simple reminder: be there as trusted partner to your clients. REST is all talks.
