There are two important milestones we are celebrating this year. The year 2022 marks the 10th year of DimenZIon3 as a consulting company of choice for many corporates in the areas of Inclusion & Diversity, Sales, and Leadership. At the same time, today, 25th May 2022 marks the 5th anniversary of Black, White & Life IN Between, a full-length theatrical show based on Inclusion and Diversity specifically created for the corporate audience in India. We have gone from strength to strength with this show. The first show was a houseful show in a pocket theatre and over a period of time we have had successful public and corporate shows at venues like Alliance Francaise, Ravindra Natya Mandir etc.
It all started in Feb 2017. We were in the 5th year of our operations and had done enough work in traditional training and consulting in various areas. It was my desire to leverage performing arts in some form to take the impact we have on our clients to the next level. Call it the law of attraction if you may, we got an unexpected call from a person looking for a job in the field of inclusion & diversity consulting at our company. Considering the experience, she had in using theatre as a form of delivering insights, we hired her specifically to kickstart what we had long desired – using performing arts as a powerful medium of training delivery and our brand Tiatr-O! was born.
There has been no looking back ever since, except for the challenges that Covid posed to live performances. We even delivered some powerful online versions of our theatre-based offerings during this period. Through Tiatr-O!, DimenZion3 has designed a number if offerings, most of them customised to client needs in the areas of:
• Unconscious Bias
• Sexual Harassment at the workplace
• Sales and Sales effectiveness
• Emotional Intelligence
• Leadership Skills
• Interpersonal Effectiveness and many more.
Some of the programs that we are proud of are listed below:
BLACK, WHITE AND LIFE IN BETWEEN is a flagship offering that focuses on Unconscious Bias and it’s impact at the workplace. BWLIB is a full-length theatrical show on the subject consisting of more than a dozen actors and an overall crew size of about 25 people. We boast of actors from the film, television, and advertisement worlds. On its fifth anniversary, we are pleased to inform that the play is revamped and has a fresh look, cast and crew incorporating contemporary themes.
We also have PANCHAMI, which is another full-length theatrical offering on Sexual harassment
Tiar-O! is also proud to present multiple forum theatre-based solutions in the fields of sales effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills. Forum theatre was brought to Corporate India for the first time by DimenZion3.
PANCHAMTANTRA is a musical talk show on leadership skills through the life and times of the legendary music composer R D Burman, offered in association with Madhav Ajgaonkar, a celebrated music director and a passionate RD Burman disciple.
Clients across industries from automobile manufacturing to financial consulting, from communications to IT/ITES have benefitted from our theatre-based solutions. We are also proud to have hosted several public shows in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. Over the years, we have established ourselves as the go to source for theatre and art-based solutions and hope to continue to do so for years to come. With Covid being a thing of the past, well almost – we are poised to hit the road with several offerings with refreshing changes and themes!
