Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews. The role involves understanding staffing needs for Client's, developing job descriptions and effectively sourcing for the same though calls,cross referencing and communicating with potential candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Qualifications :
-Graduate and Undergraduate Freshers.
-Experience in the Information Technology, BPO, or relevant hiring fields is a plus.
-Strong Communication Skills.
-Target Oriented Job role.
-Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
Salary - 18,000 /- (Freshers) - 35,000/- (Only relevant Exp.)
