Be aware from hdfc ergo company they will cancel your policy after paying 6-8 years.
Hi,
While taking policy i have told that my father has been admitted for some medical problems and that was also claimed in base policy.
Your person on call told me she will see the discharge card of same and will update the pre existing in the top up policy.
At that time why she didn’t added the same ???
Now how the tia with dyslipidaemia Had appeared, please clarify it.
Now My question is why should I suffer because of your person.
Please add all the pre-existing from both discharge card (current and 2014) and as I have completed the three years of lock in period I should get all the pre-existing covered in my top up policy.

Further to our discussion today regarding termination of the my: health Medisure Super Top Up policy, we wish to inform that we have reviewed your case in detail considering all the information/documents made available to us. Our records indicate that the insured member had history of transient ischemic attack in 2015 which was not disclose at the time of policy inception.
In view of noted medical history, we regret to inform that your claim would remain rejected and policy would remain terminated as per the policy norms.
Please note that there will be no refund under under reason non-disclosure of material facts.
