Once I worked with a client (they were about to shift to a new office) where the coffee machine broke down every week. People joked about it, but the truth was - it became a running frustration. Some even started leaving the office to grab coffee elsewhere, losing time and momentum. Tiny detail, but a reminder that workplace experiences are not just about grand strategies.
