Eid al-Adha is a festival of giving. A day shaped by compassion, by devotion, and by the generosity of opening one's home to family, neighbours, and those in need.

It is in these gatherings that the day finds its meaning. Around shared meals. In the warmth of familiar company. In the small acts of care that bring people closer.

The most considered workspaces across the region now carry the same sensory care as the finest hotels.

Meta World's office sits inside a building designed by Zaha Hadid. JTCPL Designs studied the structure before sketching a single line and chose to extend that deconstructivist language inward. The architecture of the building and the interior begin to feel as though they were drawn by the same hand.

As a marketing solutions organisation serving agricultural equipment, automobile, and industrial heavy equipment industries, Meta World needed a space that welcomed Clients and energised teams simultaneously. The reception area sets that tone from the first step. Voronoi patterns and fluid forms guide you deeper into collaborative zones softened by green turf and living plants. White, beige, and light wood carry you through every space with warmth and intention.

The JTCPL Designs team came together for a Fun Saturday of bowling, dinner, karaoke, and dancing.

People from different departments who rarely sit together in the office were suddenly on the same side, cheering each other on, singing together, and laughing together. This reel captures all those moments.

By the end of it, something had changed. The way people looked at each other, talked to each other, felt about each other.

Well-being in workspace design has moved from aspiration to expectation.

Space 1 has always designed from that expectation. Every serviced office the organisation creates is shaped by the conviction that air quality, natural light, and acoustic performance belong at the foundation of a workspace. When JTCPL Designs was entrusted with bringing that conviction to Life across four new offices, every material choice, every lighting decision, and every spatial zone was guided by how it would sustain the people within.

Warm, grounding surfaces. Natural light as a shaping force. Layouts that hold room for growth. Moments of pause placed deliberately within the rhythm of a working day.

Clarity shapes how a workplace performs.

Eagle Hills Properties required a workspace where leadership presence and focused, high-quality work occupy the same environment. JTCPL Designs shaped the response around light, alignment, and spatial precision.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings natural light deep across the floorplate. Workstations are positioned along the perimeter, where daylight is most consistent.

A central collaboration zone anchors the layout, acoustically tuned to support interaction without displacing calm.

Warm material layers, textured surfaces, and timber flooring establish a composed and refined spatial quality.

Every element is intentional. The space performs because nothing within it was left to assumption.

Delivered on a single compact floorplate, the project accommodates a 14-seat boardroom, a 7-seat meeting room, open work areas, two private cabins, and a pantry. Each function is positioned through a carefully calibrated layout that sustains efficiency, discretion, and flow.

A concealed door integrates seamlessly into the architectural language of the space, reflecting a precise approach to detailing and spatial control.

The project demonstrates the design-build capability of JTCPL Designs. Design intent and ex*****on moved in parallel through coordinated
planning, material control, and on-site precision. Timeline and cost remained structured from the earliest stage.
