Amol has 16 years of work experience in financial markets, working with firms like JPMorgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Amol is also a Chartered Accountant, CPA from the state of NJ, USA and CFA charter holder. Rohit Bhagwat - Rohit is a Company Secretary and an MBA in Finance. He has 12 years of work experience in organizations like Warburg Pincus (as CFO India), General Atlantic (as CFO India), and Deloitte Consulting with expertise in financial analysis, international reporting and compliance procedures. He has deep domain knowledge in setting up and winding up of special corporate structures. Founded in 2011, Activitas is a team of accomplished professionals, with a combined work experience of over 55 years in Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, Financial & Tax Advisory Services, Assurance Services and Forensics & Dispute Consulting. Since inception, we have connected with a significant number of passionate entrepreneurs, bred by India’s huge consumer market, fast growing middle class and well educated youth.
