The “Usha Group” was established by our father Mr. Laxmi Narayan Goenka in 1974. His son, Mr. Anand Kumar Goenka, a Commerce Graduate, joined the group in 1980 & later on, in 1995, his brother joined in. In 2010, Mr. Anand Kumar Goenka having experience of 40 Years in Plastic Packaging Industry has created the USHA (ANAND) GROUP with his son Mr. Aayush Kumar Goenka, in which there
are two companies in the name of M/s. USHA INDUSTRIES which is the parent company, established in 1973 and M/s. VSN PLAS-PACK. The group started manufacturing activities in Tax free Zone Called DAMAN with all in house facility with the “AIM” to give The Best Quality & Service to our esteemed customers.
