The house is located in the heart of Mumbai city at Ashok tower, Parel. It inhabits a family of four people--a couple and their two children.

'LESS IS MORE' is what the house design believes in. Neutral tones are the primary picks for this modern house with few walls highlighted using colours like yellow and royal blue.

Some Built-in features like the stretched basin and the lotus Jali contribute to the contemporary set-up of the house. The back wall in the Master Bedroom holds a door to the toilet which when closed becomes a part of the feature wall in the room.

The bathrooms are done up using a combination of polished marble and tiles. Beige coloured marble is used all over the house floor except in the Mandir where white oynx stone is used.
