We have an urgent requirement for Customer Support Executive ( calls, chats, retail )- 10 positions for our client Pepperfry
This opening are new positions for upcoming project in customer support function.
Experience : 0-1 + years in BPO / Call center / Customer Support / Web chat only (No back office and irrelevant candidates)
Mandatory Skill : Strong communication skill in written and verbal and soft skills.
Age Criteria : Below 30 years
Nearby candidates will be preferred.
Job Location: Vikhroli
Interview Process :
1) Grammar and Essay writing Test
2) HR Round
3) Communication / Soft skill check
4) Operational Round with TL
5) Final round with hiring manager
IMP Note :
1) Salary : Rs 2.80 LPA Flat for all candidates (Rs. 20800 in hand) + 20% Variable per annum – (T &C)
2) Job Timing : 9 am to 9 pm – Need to complete any 9 hours shift, 5 days working , weekly off in weekdays only, weekend compulsory working- Depends on roster.
3) Training : 10 to 15 days of training will be provided to all shortlisted candidates. It is very important to attend training, if any one will miss the training we will not pay.
4) Evaluation Test : If candidate pass the evaluation test then only he will be eligible for training pay and will be on board.
