Job Description
Recording log entries of any usual happenings in respective shift.
To make duty roster of Head guards as well as guards.
To inform the Manager & Assistant Manager in case of any observed irregularities.
To check the all incoming and out going materials.
To check the daily reports in respect of the number of workers on site, theft report, Items and materials misplace reports.
Assisting in receiving of materials for the stores.
To assist in fire fighting.
Taking inventory of Fire extinguishers and maintain records.
To check the Fire hydrant and system on regular basis.
Brief and trained the head guards & Sec. guards regarding fire safety and first-aid.
