Multi layer (BOPP + Nylon) Plastic Grinded Film Waste Recycling using Forced Feeder Type Recycling Plant. This machine was designed to Recycle PE / PP / MLP (Multi Layered) Plastic Film Waste.

The machine consist of Forced Feeder, Vented Extruder with Vent Pump, Online Screen Changer and Dieface Cutter.

One can do segregated, PE/PE, PE/BOPP, PE/PP, PE/PET, PE/Nylon, BOPP/PET, BOPP/Nylon, preferably segregated content percentage combination wise.

Batch Type Turbo Washing Machine can de-print / Remove Print from all Polymers like PP, CPP, BOPP, PE, PET, K Resin, EVA, etc.
