Every Aroma Caterers and Cookery Classes offer catering service to parties and also conduct classes for those Foodies who love to Cook and Feed their Loved ones. Every Aroma Caterers provide delicious and yummy food to any and everyone who enjoys eating.We provide various cuisines such as Indian(South Indian,Punjabi and Mughlai,,etc),Italian,Mexican and Thai.From lovely tikka's ,curry's,Briyani and Various Roti's.We cater to parties of all kinds for a Minimum of 10 people to maximum of 50-60 people. I also conduct Cookery Classes for all those who love to learn more and different dishes to feed themselves and their loved ones.I teach SouthIndian,Hydrebadi,Mughlai n Punjabi,Italian,Mexican,Asian,Cookies,Cakes,Tarts and Muffins. Being associated with Travelling Spon over the years , we have hosted a number of tourists at our home chefs residence and now that has shifted online. Recently launched our delivery kitchen is sending our home cooked meals only on Sunday's for lunch and specialise in Kolhapuri, Malvani, Kerala cuisine.

Instagram allows me only so many pictures… but honestly, how do I show you what 11 years of hosting travellers looks like? ❤️

I was going through these photographs and found myself smiling at all the wonderful evenings I’ve been lucky enough to have.

People from different countries, different cultures, different walks of life… who decided to come to a complete stranger’s home — my home! — sit around my table, eat our local food, share stories, laugh, drink, and spend an evening with me.

And when you stop and think about it… that’s pretty special, na? ❤️

Some came as strangers and left as friends. Some I still keep in touch with. And some became little memories that I will carry with me forever.

11 years of opening my home, my kitchen and my table to people from around the world. And now, as another season begins, I’m excited to do it all over again.

More people. More stories. More food. More evenings that begin with “So, where are you from?” and end with “We should definitely stay in touch!” ❤️

Thank you, my Insta Family, for being a part of this journey too.

Here’s to another year of opening the door and welcoming the world home. 🥂

Chef Reshma of Every Aroma is celebrating 16 years of running her home kitchen in Mumbai, bringing regional Indian food to her customers and building a community around the food she loves.

And what better way to celebrate than by taking some of her best-loved and most-requested dishes out of her home kitchen and into a beautiful restaurant setting?

Thank you Gramiyaa Wood Cold Pressed Oils for the cold-pressed coconut oil that made the food extra delicious — especially the Sambar, our crowd favourite, made with our special Sambar powder brought all the way from Kerala! 🥥❤️
