d Various Roti's.We cater to parties of all kinds for a Minimum of 10 people to maximum of 50-60 people. I also conduct Cookery Classes for all those who love to learn more and different dishes to feed themselves and their loved ones.I teach SouthIndian,Hydrebadi,Mughlai n Punjabi,Italian,Mexican,Asian,Cookies,Cakes,Tarts and Muffins. Being associated with Travelling Spon over the years , we have hosted a number of tourists at our home chefs residence and now that has shifted online. Recently launched our delivery kitchen is sending our home cooked meals only on Sunday's for lunch and specialise in Kolhapuri, Malvani, Kerala cuisine.

TALA HUA GOSH

At 6am, In Hyderabad, during Ramadan, we woke up to have breakfast the local way.

The order was going to be Khichadi Khatta Keema and Nihari. With Nihari not available the server told us Tala hua Gosht le lo, favourite hai.

AND OH MY GOD!!!! The perfect balance of spice, tang and freshness accompanied with the tenderness of the meat, Dil Fida hogaya!!!

We have kept it on the Eid Menu, believe us it is worth a try.

MUTTON BARRA

As soon as we reached Hyderabad, we headed for the most obvious - Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani and we chose Hotel Shaadab for our first experience.
A restaurant packed even at 3pm, said a lot about how much the locals and tourists love it.

But can I say, Biryani toh was laajawaab, but what caught our eye was the Mutton Chops - Mutton Barra. Cooked in tandoor, with the correct amount of spice, and that jhakkas hit of Chaat masala!! Oh man that balance was something else.

If after reading this, you crave it, call us we shall send it across 😀😀
