Urgently required production manager/supervisor for a Qatar based Company in Kuwait.
Factory Supervisor Required
We need someone who has work experience in the factory environment, where he has worked as a production manager/supervisor. Factory should be specifically a garment based (clothing, stitching etc). Person should have at least 5-10 years of experience and should know how to deal with workers during pressurizing times and how to lead a team.

Factory produces abayas from scratch that includes
Designing, Cutting, embroidery, stitching, sending out to outlets.
Major tasks of the supervisor will be
Ensuring that the production is done effectively on every stage.
Checking each and every stage of production.
Ensuring that workers are present on duty at all times, are doing their fair amount of work and are finishing their tasks on time.
Checking Abayas at the last stage of production and making sure everything is done perfectly as required. That includes design, stitching and finishing.
Making sure that the delivery of abayas have been made to the outlets at the given time and any demands from the customers and shopkeepers has been fulfilled.
Managing drivers and setting their daily tasks based on the work load. Making sure they are performing their duties well by tracking them.
