The excitement of India meant I was a little behind settling the new baby in…

So say hi to little baby Ace. The newest addition to the family. He’s replacing his dad, Mr Monte and is honestly one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen.
He’s an EXACT match to the office walls - so dreamy!

As always, East Anglian friends, my office door is open if you need a place to access a (beautiful) espresso machine for practice or just some fun recipe creation.

India Trip 1/2 🇮🇳

What a week! My first trip to India and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience
SCA Intermediate Barista Skills training with 9 fantastic students got off to a great start.

As well as teaching, I was gifted the chance to learn about the culture, the people, the coffee, the level of hospitality and so much more by our wonderful hosts.

Huge thanks to Jon for being a great travel buddy and assistant AST 🔥 ☕️

Also, huge thanks to and everyone else we were lucky enough to work with!

It’s been a fantastic year of learning, testing and pushing the boundaries (of coffee and my brain 🤪).
The team are absolutely incredible and we’re a pleasure to work with.
If anyone is considering it, then I’d say do it, you won’t regret it!

Anyone that knows me, knows how much I adore coffee. After coffee, chocolate and doughnuts are right there on the list.

So, this little box of joy, sent to me by the glorious folks was such a treat!

Their new coffee chocolate, in collaboration with is absolutely incredible 🤤 Great mouthfeel, really balanced and the quality of the coffee really comes through (yum!)

The doughnuts? Well, I don’t think these babies need any introduction… 😋
