*Applicable Fee Structure:*
A standard fee of *₹99* is applicable for applications that are *clear and free of discrepancies.*
A subsidy is applicable only for Senior Citizen Or Citizen and *STL SUBSCRIBERS* (Those who runs an STL & CSC e-governance Digit updates awareness post on WhatsApp status only for one day, in case of services relating to Government Schemes awareness Such Ayushmaan Bharat, FD-EKYC, e-Aadhaar & e-PAN, e-Passport update comes by CSC e-governance.
An additional fee of *₹49 – ₹299* shall be charged if:
The applicant requests *Door-to-Door Service* from STL, or
Discrepancy resolution is required through Switch to Legal.

Offer under * * Onwards is applicable to:
Senior Citizens, or
Citizens with valid STL Subscription.

*Mandatory submission of the following:*
*POB (Proof of Birth):* Birth Certificate / Passport, and
*POR (Proof of Residence):* Voter ID or Previous Domicile (If Any).

2. *Verification of Documents:*
All documents must be self-attested, submitted in original and colour copy for verification.
In case of any mismatch or discrepancy, the benefit under CODE 99 shall not be extended.

3. *Non-Transferable:*
Benefits under are strictly non-transferable and can only be availed by the original applicant.

4. *Tatkal Application Restriction:*
Citizens applying under Tatkal category shall not be eligible to avail benefits under this scheme.

5. *Single Availment:*
Each eligible citizen may avail the benefit of only once against their unique identity credentials.

6. *Misuse / Fraudulent Activity:*
Any misuse or submission of fraudulent documents will result in:
Immediate cancellation of benefits,
Blacklisting from future STL schemes, and
Possible legal action.

7. *Amendments:*
STL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Onwards benefit at any time without prior notice.

8. *Final Authority:*
The decision of Switch to Legal (STL) management shall be final and binding in all matters related to * CODE 99*.
