Recruiting overqualified candidates is one of the main reasons that cost per recruitee shouts up. Mr. Rajaram Agrawal, Managing Director of recruiting firm Talent Ahead points out that it is common for organizations to get
swayed by degrees from the IITs or IIMs, without actually checking whether the candidate fits in the organizational context.

Recruiters olso get unnecessarily impressed if a candidate has worked with top ranking organizations. further, it is not uncommon for organizations to lose a good candidate who asks but does not get a desired compensation package. The security can be breached by listing false job postings online, non existing
job offers are sent via email to illegally collect personal information and/or money from unsuspecting job seekers, and by providing inaccurate
information on the job sites.
