Adaption of Multiple skills for living during COVID19 Pandemic and Strategies once this is over.

We are going through a lean phase due to COVID19 . Everyone is in lockdown .. Effects of this situation are visible everywhere.
As worldwide slowdown is hitting many countries , India also feeling it's pinch now. Very regularly you can hear that some one has lost his or her job.. company downsizing, restructuring, re engineering ..
Less people performing the task compare to earlier, exploitation of human resources.
Now what an individual can do or he should do , is the most important question.
Many can say that he should adapt, to the situation, learn more skills upgrade knowledge... Etc but means what...
I think now the continuous learning method should be part of our lives , or we can say job loss disaster management shall be a integral part of our education system.
We must learn what ever best we can other than academics like music, swimming, learning different languages etc which can help us to teach all these skills to others at added cost, so whenever you loose job or on verge of it, start your own hobby cm earning center that is called optional career when in crises..
It may sound weird but time has come to think on it seriously...

Hello friends after seeing pakistani aggression, one thinks that from where they get such overconfidence and if we think beyond we understand that it's their Army who is the main pressure point to their politicians apart from internal forces like ISI , their is international involvement also like China , Saudi and some other countries have vested interest in burning the issue of Kashmir, Internationally these countries want that these issues will keep India in check and their development plans get derailed.
At this juncture Indian People's Role is more important as to protect , convey , pe*****te our national interest and be united in coming times .
And we must ask ourselves that all of is have responsibilities but do we take Accountability for our actions, and strong believe on our nation

India's Current Challenges - Job Creation & Productivity
The generation of more jobs, the creation of a national identity and improvement in productivity of the Indian Economy are three big challenges .
Productivity can be incresed by improving the productivity of most constrained resource in the system like land, space , money, labour. Japan has set a example by adopting total quality management, kanban methods. Japanese factories became the most productive in the world in many industries.
National identity is necessary for a strong nation with longer sustainable growth
Job creation depends on many factors in capitalist economy. Investments will be done if indian states functions more effectively. Moreover reforms of policies and their implementation will become easier when citizens trust the state.
A strong Indian state must be formed around a vision of the future.

भारत मंदीच्या खाईत.... आर्थिक अराजक कि structural mismanagement

अगदी मागच्या आर्थिक वर्षापर्यंत सुस्थितीत असलेली भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था हि मंदीच्या वळणावर येउन ठेपली आहे, आणि तिचे परिणाम दिसू लागले आहेत
साधारणपणे अर्थव्यवस्था हि चार प्रकारांवर चालते
एक खाजगी गुंतवणूक
दोन सार्वजनिक गुंतवणूक
तीन अंतर्गत खप
चार बाह्य वापर
मधील काळात वरील एक आणि दोन प्रकारांवर चांगले काम झाले आणि त्याचा प्रत्यय हि आला पण अंतर्गत खप आणि बाह्य वापर म्हणजे अंतर्गत मालाचा उठाव आणि निर्यात , तसेच कारखानदारी तील उदासीनता व ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्थेची पीछेहाट या गोष्टींनि आपल्याला पछाडले आहे, वाढता उत्पादन खर्च आणि कमी मिळणारा भाव या मुळे विचित्र परिस्थिती निर्माण झाली आहे,
त्यामुळे आता सर्व समावेशक विकास करणे गरजेचे झाले आहे येत्या काळात अजून हि विदारक चित्र दिसू शकेल , त्यामुळे सर्वांनी अति संयमित आणि वेगळ्या नाविन्यपूर्ण वाटा निवडण्याची वेळ आली आहे
श्री रातींन रॉय यांच्या रिपोर्ट नुसार भारत strucharal slowdown च्या दिशेने जात आहे, आणि हि एक वॉर्निंग sign आहे आणि या घटनेला अर्थशात्री middle income ट्रॅप असे संबोधतात .
नवीन सरकार काही धोरणात्मत निर्णय घेतील अशी आशा करूया-

5 जी लाँच करणारा दक्षिण कोरिया हा पहिला देश आहे

डिसेंबर 2016 मध्ये Huawei आणि DOCOMO (जपानी मोबाईल नेटवर्क) या कंपन्यांनी जगातील पहिल्या 5 जी तंत्रज्ञानाची मोठ्या प्रमाणावर क्षेत्रीय चाचणी आयोजित केली. 4.5 गीगाहर्ट्झ फ्रिक्वेंसी बँड वापरुन, दोन्ही कंपन्यांनी 11.2 9 जीबीपीएसची डेटा ट्रान्सफर गती नोंदविली जी वर्तमान 4 जी मानकांपेक्षा 40 पट वेगवान आहे.

5 जी नेटवर्क देशः दक्षिण कोरिया. दक्षिण कोरियामधील दोन सेवा प्रदाता 5 जी नेटवर्कसह बाजारात प्रथम स्थान मिळविण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहेत. एसजी टेलीकॉमने 5 जी तैनात करण्याच्या आशेने 3.5 गीगाहर्ट्झ आणि 28 गीगाहर्ट्झ फ्रिक्वेंसीमध्ये स्पेक्ट्रम विकत घेतले आहे.

कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (एआय) हे संगणक विज्ञानाचे एक क्षेत्र आहे , जे मनुष्यांप्रमाणे कार्य करणारा आणि प्रतिक्रिया देणार्या बुद्धीमान मशीन तयार करण्यावर जोर देते. कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता असलेल्या काही क्रियाकलापांमध्ये हे समाविष्ट करण्यासाठी डिझाइन केलेले आहे:
कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्तेला तीन वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारच्या प्रणाल्यांमध्ये वर्गीकृत केले जाऊ शकते: विश्लेषणात्मक, मानव-प्रेरित आणि मानवीकृत कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता.

संगणक विज्ञानात, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (एआय), याला कधीकधी मशीन बुद्धिमत्ता म्हणतात, हे मनुष्यांनी आणि प्राण्यांनी दाखविलेल्या नैसर्गिक बुद्धीच्या विरूद्ध मशीनद्वारे प्रदर्शित केलेली बुद्धिमत्ता आहे.
मशीन अधिक कार्यक्षम बनत असल्याने, "बुद्धिमत्ता" आवश्यक मानली जाणारी कार्ये एआयच्या व्याख्येतून काढली जातात.
येत्या भविष्यकाळात आर्टीफिशियल इंटेलिजन्स ने बरेचसे पारंपरिक, एक साच्यातील नोकऱ्या संकटात येऊ शकतात.
