Technical Project Manager required for a reputed Company in Dubai, UAE. Candidate should be a graduate with 10-15 years of experience in Project Management Capacity, including all aspects of process development & ex*****on. Candidate must also have GCC experience in Oil & Gas Field. Candidate should be experienced in People Management, Strategic Planning & Risk Management.Candidate must be familiar with Project Management Softwares, platforms like Gantt Project, etc. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership properties.Valid UAE license is an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities.
Responsible for over-all direction, coordination, implementation, ex*****on, control & completion of specific projects
Define and develop full-scale project plans, scopes, deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with higher management and implements changes / revisions as appropriate to achieve project output and to meet needs and requirements.
Manage and control project budget, identify and estimate resources and manpower needed to achieve project goals.
Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools to ensure completion as per contract time schedule.
Develop, prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations and other required documentations.
Lead, motivate, coach, mentor, support and supervise project team members and sub-contractors to take positive action, high productivity and accountability for their assigned work.
Perform other task/s required by Direct Superior.
