You're a founder/ start up enthusiast. You are giving everything you have to your company. You find yourself always selling (fundraising, partnerships, recruiting, PR, etc).
You don't know whom to let your guard down with --- whom to be vulnerable and real with, whom to call when things aren't rosy and the sky is falling.
You're the sector expert and I'm the generalist with extreme founder empathy

My biggest strength --- using the Socratic method to ask the right questions and be your trusted sounding board. The right answers will present themselves when we're solving for the right questions.
And you need a good balance of your biggest cheerleader (when others aren't getting you) and your biggest check-and-balance (when others may be excessively cheering you on without thoughtfully caring about whether your current path is the most effective way to your intended destination).
