NAV Support Consultant :-
Job Description:
* Understand future business processes and how the solution has been configured
* Work with all of the internal department managers and key users where their knowledge was deficient to provide support across MS Dynamics NAV
* Working with day to day challenges of keeping the Dynamics ERP going
* Post 'go live' you will lead the interface to the external partners and vendors
* 3 to 7 years’ experience as a team member of successful software project implementations on Microsoft Platform.
* Understanding of Configuration and Customization of NAV
* Error Rectification in NAV
* Knowledge of updated version of MS NAV
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Understanding the Client Requirement and effective Customer interaction
