Day 2 at the Indian Exhibition Industry Association Open Seminar 2026 gave us a deeper insight into how the exhibition industry is rapidly evolving on a global scale.
One of the most exciting takeaways was seeing how AI-driven businesses and new technology solutions are entering the industry, transforming the way exhibitions, networking, audience engagement, and event experiences are being designed for the future. It was inspiring to learn how innovation from across the world is shaping the next phase of the exhibition ecosystem.
The day was also filled with meaningful interactions and great networking opportunities. We had the privilege of meeting industry leaders, including Jagdish Patankar , Jason Stead , Donna Hyland ACMA, MBA
Jayesh Khimji Rambhia, Harpal Singh & Ashish Gupta. Their perspectives and experiences added immense value to the discussions around the future of exhibitions and experiential marketing.
A special mention to Satyendra Mehra — a person who carries a truly balanced and neutral perspective towards the industry, whether it is a stall fabricator, exhibitor, or organizer. What stands out the most is his simplicity and openness; even a short 2–4 minute conversation with him leaves you with valuable thoughts, positivity, and a better perspective. Interactions like these remind us how meaningful genuine leadership can be.
Tarun Marwah has always been a constant force — someone whose guidance, experience, and perspective bring clarity in every interaction. Whether it's a discussion about the industry, ideas, or growth, conversations with him always leave you with valuable takeaways.
And last but definitely not least, we finally got the opportunity to click a picture with Nidhi Sharma — undoubtedly one of the busiest and most dynamic personalities throughout the event.
