Today is women's day and this message goes out all the amazing women .

In the journey of being a perfect child, a perfect daughter, a perfect wife, a perfect mom, a perfect professional, a perfect daughter in law , a perfect mother , you have forgotten to know who you were born as ,what you were born for , putting your own dreams and desires last you have forgotten your magic , you have forgotten that you are you.

This day and every day going ahead find those 15 minutes for yourself, take it to an hour , fill your inner reservoir , rekindle the passions Whether it was reading, painting, writing , running, pottery or poetry.begin the journey of self acceptance, self love . Celebrate yourself every day , rediscover the magic you were born with.

While some of you have forgotten your self , some others have become inert , extra strong , aggressive for you get in touch with your feminine. Know that water is soft yet can break through rocks and drive turbines.

For the men , the only message is Respect , respect, respect , know that your wife , your Co worker , your spouse , your lover deserves the same respect that you give your mom .

Happiness homework

1. For the women , start a journal , write your dreams , desires and spend 15 min on them start today.

2. For the men , know that women are soft , compassionate, accepting not because they are weak but because they are super strong . This women's day , help them rediscover their magic , the one they had in their heart in class 8 or 12 , before they were told what they were to become.

Dressing for an Interview

Dressing for an Interview

First impressions are made of visual and verbal cues, which can form within seconds of meeting someone. Many things can factor into a first impression, such as someone’s posture, facial expressions, voice intonations, handshake, eye contact, grooming, and dress. While these cues are not always an accurate portrayal of a person’s character and personality, they can give a good indication of who someone is.

Struggling to decide on an outfit for your upcoming job interview? What you wear to an interview creates an image or perception of the type of person you are, so choosing your attire is critical to presenting yourself as the right candidate to hire.

Hiring managers believe that people who dress appropriately for a job interview are more likely to be successful because they look the part. Conversely, those who dress inappropriately–too informal, for example–may be seen as having a more casual attitude toward work and authority, as well as possessing a lack of understanding of business etiquette.

Your appearance not only shows that you’re taking the opportunity seriously, that you are eager to make a good impression, and that you’d fit in nicely within the corporate culture; it can also communicate that you have respect for the interviewer.

Appropriate dress standards for business settings vary according to country, culture, and industry.

Tips to dress for positive impact

1 The appropriate interview attire depends on the industry in which you’ll be interviewing, as well as the geographic location and time of year.

2 Spend time on the Internet researching the company, industry and competitors to determine suitable interview outfits.

3 Still not sure? Call the company’s HR department and ask what they recommend you wear.

4 When in doubt, err on the side of being slightly over dressed, rather than showing up looking too casual.

5 Ensure that your clothes are cleaned and pressed.

6 Avoid wearing perfume or cologne. If you have body odour problem, spray mild deodorant on your body.

Men

1 Necktie should be silk with a conservative pattern

2 Dark shoes (black lace-ups are best)

3 Dark socks (black is best)

4 Get a haircut; short hair always fares best in interviews

5 Fresh shave; moustaches are a possible negative, but if you must, make sure it is neat and trimmed

6 No beards

7 No rings other than wedding ring or college ring

8 No earrings (if you normally wear one, take it out)

Women

1 Wear a suit with a jacket and skirt or pants; no dresses

2 Shoes with conservative heels

3 Conservative hosiery at or near skin color

3 No purses, small or large; carry a structured bag instead

4 If you wear nail polish, use clear or a conservative color

5 Keep your makeup simple and natural (it should not be too noticeable)

6 No more than one ring on each hand

7 One set of earrings only

One final note on interview dress: while it goes without saying that your interview clothes should be neat and clean, very few interviewees give the same time and attention to their shoes. Remember, many corporate recruiters form first impressions based solely on shoes.

Here is a list of things you need to teach your Child(ren) at early age:

1: Warn your Girl Child Never to sit on anyone's laps no matter the situation including uncles.

2: Avoid Getting Dressed in front of your child once he/she is 2 years old. Learn to excuse them or yourself.

3. Never allow any adult refer to your child as 'my wife' or 'my husband'

4. Whenever your child goes out to play with friends make sure you look for a way to find out what kind of play they do, because young people now s*xually abuse themselves.

5. Never force your child to visit any adult he or she is not comfortable with and also be observant if your child becomes too fond of a particular adult.

6. Once a very lively child suddenly becomes withdrawn you may need to patiently ask lots of questions from your child.

7. Carefully educate your grown ups about the right values of s*x . If you don't, the society will teach them the wrong values.

8: It is always advisable you go through any new Material like cartoons you just bought for them before they start seeing it themselves.

9. Ensure you activate parental controls on your cable networks and advice your friends especially those your child(ren) visit(s) often.

10. Teach your 3 year olds how to wash their private parts properly and warn them never to allow anyone touch those areas and that
includes you (remember, charity begins from home and with you).

11: Blacklist some materials/associates you think could threaten the sanity of your child (this includes music, movies and even friends and families).

12. Let your child(ren) understand the value of standing out of the
crowd.

13: Once your child complains about a particular person, don't keep quiet about it.

Take up the case and show them you can defend them.

Remember, we are either parents or parents-to-be.
and remember "THE PAIN LASTS A LIFETIME"

Few parental tips

Dear parents give your finger to support your child not your entire hand to hold for life time else they never be able to survive without you.
If you want to make your child independent and confident in future follow steps from now only.

1 . Don't feed your child let him eat by himself. Iet them starve to develop sense of hunger.

2. Let them wear their clothes on their own, you can help a little. Let them pack garden bag.

3 .Let them decide which colour things they want. This helps them to develop decision making power in them.

4. Let them pack their school bag if they forget anything let them face situation so from very young age they become very particular.

5 . In school if they have not completed their books please you don't need to call other parents but tell child to copy from friends book next day this creates realisation in child that how it feels if I don't complete books.it makes them responsible.

6 . Never ever sit with your child when he is doing homework otherwise even in 10th standard also child will need your help he /she will never develop confidence.

7 . When ever you make monthly budget involve your child. Discuss what is your income, how much you need to save? Why you need to save this develop planning sense and awareness in child from very young age and definitely he will never do unnecessary expense.

8. Let them make their own decisions in set boundary it develops freedom .
