The aarti filling the room with divine energy.
The havan bringing everyone together in prayer.
And the bhajan jamming turning into moments of pure joy.

But somewhere between the prayers and the celebrations, something beautiful happened.

We came together.

As a team.
As colleagues.
As the HSAG family. ❤️

Different voices, one bhajan.
Different teams, one celebration.
Different moments, one feeling.

And at the centre of it all was our Bappa, HSAG Ka Raja. 🙏❤️

How do you measure 22 years when most of it never makes it into a job description?

At work, there are people you go to because something falls under their responsibility. And then there are people everyone instinctively turns to when they just need something to get done.

Mamata Sawant has always been the latter.

A client matter that needs attention. An internal issue that needs sorting. An event with a hundred moving parts. A last-minute situation nobody saw coming. She steps in and takes ownership every time.

Even while juggling it all, she stays particular about the smallest details. Things matter to her. How they're done matters even more.

She's seen nearly every chapter of our story: teams formed, offices changed, responsibilities expanded, ambitions that once felt distant becoming real. Through all of it, she showed up with the same commitment and the same sense of ownership.

Two decades + two years. And fittingly, 22 keeps showing up in her story too:

Our first office was 223/224,
We've been through 22 Outbounds together,
2 became 2+2, as she and her husband welcomed two children!

Now, our Senior Director marks 22 years with us.

Numbers can count the years. They can't count the calls answered, the problems solved, the details caught, or the moments she quietly made sure everything fell into place.

For 22 years, we've known that when it truly matters, we can count on her.

That's a privilege no number can measure.
