To ensure life of structure to be above 40 yrs we strongly recommend use of EPDM 1.2 mm thick to terrace flooring ( at slab level or over IPS) including parapet inner and top.
Terrace is major ingress of water during monsoon damaging of slab columns etc in passage of time.It is hidden cancer.
Hence to prevent frequent issue of leak etc strongly recommend use of EPDM rubber sheet.

Why do you require waterproofing? Reason for waterproofing? Like to highlight buyers getting right bright contractor with right material is very difficult.
How many people here are technically qualified with practical experience to convince customer n provide them value of money they spent on repairs
