Hi! I’m Juhi, a social media manager working remotely and helping coaches with Instagram/Linkedin Management. 🙂

Life hasn’t been this fun from the beginning. I started my career as a customer support specialist in 2018. Long hours, everyday countless calls, random shifts. 😣

Here’s what happening⬇️

💥01 You’re putting in 10+ hours a week and still getting crickets. Writing, filming, editing, posting... and the views are still 200 with zero leads coming in.

When I work with clients, I do deep research to get content ideas that are relevant to your audience. This includes looking at the top content, competitors, outliers and audience reactions.

💥02 Every single post feels like a whole production. You’ve been staring at a half-written caption for 45 minutes. The joy is gone. It’s just stress now.

This isn’t a YOU-problem. Well, you’re good at your craft, but copywriting is a whole another level of skill that comes with practice. Hiring someone is the best move to save time.

💥03 You’re copy-pasting someone else’s vibe. Trying to recreate what the big coaches in your niche are doing, but it doesn’t feel like you at all.

Copying big coaches isn’t going to help you. When we work together, we see what top coaches are doing, but instead of copying them, we put our own perspective on it.

> Pinned posts = proof + authority + relatability
> Highlights = testimonials + process + offer

💥STEP 3: Create content that attracts buyers
> Hyper-specific problems solving content
> Authority content that brings your unique frameworks and lessons
> Conversion content - share your client wins, behind-the-scenes

💥STEP 4: DM Funnel
> Interact with new followers and people who are commenting
> If you’re offering a lead magnet, don’t stop after sharing the resource. Ask what went well..and how can you help them further
> The more you interact with people, the more you’ll know their problem and arrive at better offers.

In 2026, likes and vanity metrics don’t matter. So doesn’t matter if your friends or family are interacting with your content or not. Because they’re not your CLIENTS.

Instead, do this:

👉Build your Client Avatar and start creating on HYPER specific problems your ideal clients are facing.

👉Share your unique POV and how your services/ product help your clients.

👉 Repeat the same 3-4 core themes in your content to create depth.

👉 start posting 3-5 times a week so your audience remembers you when they’re ready to buy.

Content research is SO important to get quality ideas.

Here’s exactly how I do it as Social Media Manager⬇️

💥1. Dig Into Their Own Past Data
Before looking anywhere else, I analyze what’s already worked.
Top-performing posts don’t lie, they show what the audience actually wants.
Why guess when the data is right there?

💥2. Instagram Explore + Keywords
I search niche keywords directly on Instagram.
If content is ranking or showing on Explore, the algorithm is already validating it.
That’s a signal, not a coincidence.

💥3. Competitor Research
I study competitors. Not to copy, but to spot gaps.
What are they missing? What are they repeating?
That gap = content opportunity.

💥4. YouTube Deep Dives
YouTube comments are underrated gold.
People literally tell you their problems, confusion, and questions.
That’s instant content ideas.

💥5. Reddit Threads
Unfiltered opinions. Real struggles. No sugarcoating.
Reddit shows what people actually think, not what they pretend to say on Instagram.

💥6. Google Trends + Auto-Suggest
I let search behavior guide me.
If people are typing it, they care about it.
Demand > assumptions.

💥7. Client’s Audience DMs & Comments
This is the most ignored goldmine.
The audience is already asking questions, most brands just don’t listen.
Every DM = a potential content piece.
