Knowledge, Connection, and Care – Marlow Navigation Seafarers Seminar held recently in Mumbai ⚓ A dynamic and engaging day filled with learning, collaboration, and meaningful exchange.
Bringing together nearly 50 participants, including officers, ratings, Marlow-IMEC sponsored cadets, as well as local shore-based leadership and team, including managing Director, Captain Ashutosh Bajpai and from Group Head Office in Cyprus, Senior Crew Superintendent, Radostin Petrov.
From the latest company updates and industry trends to crew training, career development, onboard best practices and safety management, the sessions sparked insightful discussions and active participation. Real-life case studies encouraged open dialogue and knowledge-sharing, helping strengthen essential soft skills, such as communication, critical thinking, decision-making, and teamwork. 🤝💬
A key highlight was the seafarer mental health and well-being workshop, led by professional psychologist Deepshikha S Mehra, equipping our seafarers with practical tools to manage stress and maintain resilience at sea.
Beyond the sessions, the seminar provided a great platform to connect colleagues across vessels, offices, and regions, with a social event fostering stronger relationships and team spirit.
We were also proud to honour four dedicated seafarers for reaching their 10 years of service with Marlow Navigation, a true testament to loyalty and commitment. 🏅👏
A big thank you to all participants for their positive energy, engagement, and dedication to continuous growth and excellence! 🙏💙
