While about 300 from among the 1000s affected have formally complained to the NITES – (India's largest Union for employees in the IT Industry), which in turn has forwarded their grievance to the Labor Ministry, the case does raise alarm bells for other IT companies that may be harboring similar issues....

At some of the Workshops for Business Owners that we have offered, I have found several curious cases of Promoters not bringing along their Sons/Daughters. Some have even asked me whether we would offer a Workshop again, so that they could send their Sons/Daughters to the Workshop, separately. Obviously our Workshops raise uncomfortable questions (in a comfortable setting). Here's one ET investor-focused article referencing some Directive that makes , compulsory. The article also exhorts investors to check for Succession Plans before investing! Can there be a more "Strategic" opportunity for ?
