Ushering in a new era of diplomats and world leaders, the India's International Movement to Unite Nations is a pioneer in educational conferencing for students and will continue to be so. Since the first conference in 2012 in Mumbai which was India's largest, we have now grown to ambitions and projects larger than life, by organising the world's largest Model UN Conference as well as being the fir

st civil society in the world to carry out an MUN conference in the UN headquarters in New York. We are Indian at heart and international in our minds. We are the India's International Movement to Unite Nations.

We had the privilege of meeting Hon’ble Union Minister and LJP (Ram Vilas) President Chirag Paswan . A genuine, easy conversation that touched on youth leadership, the weight of speaking for a young and aspiring India, and how far that energy can go when it is given the right space to grow.

He engaged with real interest in the work we do on the ground, asked sharp questions, and offered insight shaped by years of public service. The kind of conversation that leaves you thinking long after it ends.

We are truly grateful for his time, his encouragement, and his belief in what we are building, one conference, one delegate, one conversation at a time.

Where the Noyyal winds through a city that has quietly powered South India’s textile and engineering trade for generations, something remarkable was taking shape. Coimbatore has never needed to shout about what it builds, it lets the machines, the mills, and the results speak instead. Full of people who mix relentless work ethic with an unmistakable warmth, this is a city that earns its reputation one export, one innovation, one honest day’s effort at a time. And I.I.M.U.N. Coimbatore was exactly that energy, poured into one unforgettable conference.

The delegates walked in prepared and stayed sharp till the last gavel. The committees ran with precision, the debates were layered with research and real conviction, and the kind of clever, well-timed points that make the whole room lean in. Coimbatore does not believe in shortcuts, and this conference proved it.

But beyond the placards and the policy papers, something else was brewing too. Late-night prep sessions that turned into long conversations. Strangers who became allies over shared strategy and stronger became friends over shared laughs. Committees that felt less like competition and more like community by the end.

That is Kovai for you. Industrious on the outside, deeply spirited on the inside, and always underestimated by those who have never spent time here.

I.I.M.U.N. Coimbatore showed up, delivered, and left its mark. Exactly as this city always has with substance over spectacle, every single time.

Until next time ❤️

We had the privilege of meeting Hon’ble Member of Parliament and celebrated actor Ravi Kishan

A warm, candid conversation that moved from youth leadership to the responsibility that comes with representing young voices, and to just how much potential young India holds when given the right platform to lead.

He listened closely to the work we do on the ground, asked thoughtful questions, and shared perspective drawn from years of public life and service. It was the kind of exchange that stays with you long after the room empties.

We are deeply grateful for his time, his encouragement, and his faith in what we are building, one conference, one delegate, one conversation at a time.
