In the alleys of the Hindi film and television industry, they are usually known as duplicates, juniors, body-doubles – the monikers are many.
URF navigates beyond these labels and explores who they truly are – actors, mimics, fans or more.

' The Cinema Collective audience spent a fun evening at the Reality Check show at NCPA on ThursdaySeptember 24th, 6:30pm at the screening of "URF" by Geetika Narang Abbasi. The film features Kishore Bhanushali, Firoz Khan & Prashant Walde, the lookalike actors for Dev Anand, Amitabh Bachchan & Shahrukh Khan. Kishore Bhanushali who was present at the screening, regaled the audience with anecdotes about being a lookalike, living another persona and his journey in the film industry. The audience happily joined him in singing songs from a variety of popular classics in Indian cinema.

Geetika shared that the making of this film was a labor of love which took 5yrs to make . She shared the times and travels and experience, spent with the 3 men and other lookalikes in the making of this film.

The audience left with a smile ....
