Burning the Bridge of not going to Job again at any situation.
It was 2016 when i was working in Ford India Pvt Ltd.
the company wanted to leave some of the employees through voluntary separation package, whoever worked for the past 15 years plus, i already crossed 16.5 years. In that time i couldn't take decision because i have so many debt and EMIs.
After 1.5 Years in 2017 Nov same again company want to drop some of the employees, This time in between 1.5 years i started a mini supermarket in loan and running with my wife support, meanwhile i took care of my weight loss journey through a nutrition centre. i got a good health which i lost from 18 years of service in company. more over i have 28 lakhs of debt still , i thought i have to quit the salaried job and start a enterily new career, I should not go to job again.
This decision is very painful because i am getting the salary of 60k that time in that MNC company, And in my mini supermarket also not giving much I can't able to grow further here, only it can give survival income.
i took a decision to starting a wellness coach career without knowing this role of wellness coach , i promised my wife i will Learn & earn the income from this new career within 4 months , pls believe me and allow me do. she said Ok. I will take care of this shop you work for wellness industry without knowing anything about health, profession, business, only with believe in my self and ready to start hard work for next 1000 days .
Challenges :
I got more rejections, i felt whether i chose the wrong path, I am unable to work , It was so painful for 1 whole year, working more, Learning more, but less income, unable to work with full mindset, but there is no way to return back to any Job.
The ray of hope i got from various trainings,
that i have to learn more, i have to get success, my wife is believing me 100% i can win . After a course of 3 years in 1000 days , gradually i survived and earning more than my salary in job. learned new things, Travellled to 5 different countries with my wife.
Now i entered in to online coaching to serve more people as a new avatar of me.
Lesson learnt:
1. Always business will teach more than a job, and make a man self dependant,
2. But Hardwork , consistency, believe in self, Focus on what needs to be done and trainings in new things is neccessary to overcome upcoming struggles, and challenges.
3. Earning will come from skills upgraded.
