* "Pressure Reducing Valves"* from ARCO-Spain. *The Patented System* is designed to comply with the requirements of maximum pressure specified in the Technical Building Code (CTE-HS 4)

*Operation:*
Its operation is based on the balance of two opposing forces.

• The spring exerts an open force.
• The Piston, due to the pressure of water, exerts a closure force
When the faucet is open, the strength of the spring is higher than the piston, allowing the flow of water, thereby reducing the pressure.

When there is no consumption of water, and the pressure increases above the preset value of 4 bar, the piston closes completely. It will remain closed until the faucet is opened, regardless of the inlet pressure.

*Characteristics:*
• Inlet pressure is limited 24-hour day, even if there is no water consumption.
• It protects Plumbing, Faucets, Washing machines, dishwashers etc. from negative effects of High Pressure
• It reduces water consumption. Reducing the pressure of a faucet from 7 to 3 bar, saves upto 30% water.

*“ARCO-SPAIN” MANIFOLD*

Anti Lime Manifold includes a ¼ turn valve in every outlet, allowing individual shut off of different water supply points for repair or replacement. The shut off / open mechanism is *ANTILIME POLYMERIC STEM BALL* manufactured in one piece made of special anti-lime polymer which increases its resistance, allowing a softer operation of the valve & blocks the lime adhesion on it keeping a constant Flow rate.

_MAIN CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES METALLIC MANIFOLDS_
• Each module includes a ¼ turn valve.
• Body made of European Brass CW617N.
• Chrome plated.
• External leak tightness is guaranteed by double-“O”ring
• Internal leak tightness is guaranteed in both by two seats.
